Formerly known as Rainbow Road, our Monte Nido Virtual LGBTQIA+ Eating Disorder Treatment Program is an Intensive Outpatient Program (virtual IOP) that offers inclusive and affirming care tailored to the specific needs of LGBTQIA+ individuals.

Eating Disorder Treatment for LGBTQIA+ Clients:

Our program is open to anyone 18+ who identifies as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

What to expect:

Our LGBTQIA+ eating disorder treatment group is centered around the LGBTQIA+ experience. You will participate in group eating disorder treatment that will allow you to explore how your sexual orientation and gender identity impact your eating disorder and recovery with staff and peers who truly understand your lived experience.

Virtual Eating Disorder Treatment for the LGBTQIA+ Community – What’s Included:

More than just a track, this specialty program is staffed by clinicians, dietitians, and medical providers with specific expertise and specialized training in providing care for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Our virtual day-treatment programs include:

Therapeutic meal coaching
Individual therapy
Group therapy (including queer body nutrition staffed by a counselor and registered dietitian)
Case management
As needed by request, dietetic consultation
Flexible, convenient scheduling
Compassionate, comprehensive team support — including a registered dietitian, licensed therapist, recovery coach, and clinical/medical providers
Thoughtful after-care planning
