Connection during this time of social distancing is more important than ever. That is why we are offering virtual support groups, as a chance to connect with others who may be in similar situations. Many find that just being together with people who understand their unique experiences is incredibly helpful.
Together, with Walden staff, you will spend time discussing recovery roadblocks and brainstorming for solutions. This is an opportunity to share and learn new coping strategies from each other. If you are unsure whether or not a support group is the right fit for you, please fill out the form below and someone will reach out to discuss with you.
Alumni Support Groups

These groups are offered for those who have participated in any of Walden’s PHP and IOP programs and are 18+. Please note that alumni online support groups are not a substitute for eating disorder treatment.
