Monte Nido Walden offers virtual support groups as a chance to connect with others who may be in similar situations. Many find that just being together with people who understand their unique experiences is incredibly helpful.

Together, with Monte Nido and Monte Nido Walden staff, you will spend time discussing recovery roadblocks and brainstorming for solutions. This is an opportunity to share and learn new coping strategies from each other.
