Walden Behavioral Care, LLC, which provides a full system of specialized care for individuals and families impacted by all types of eating disorders, announced Kimberly Wick, LMHC as the new program director for its Braintree clinic, 150 Grossman Drive, Suite 404.

Wick will oversee the clinic’s various levels of treatment programming, which include dedicated partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient programs for children, adults and adolescents of all genders. She will also supervise the clinic’s staff of 12 clinicians, mental health counselors, dietitians and nurse practitioners, and will be responsible for administrative and financial operations.

Most recently, Wick was the program director of Walden Psychiatric Associates, coordinating the expansion of eating disorder and mental health outpatient services across New England. She also served as an admissions clinician for Walden, conducting clinical assessments and level of care recommendations for thousands of patients. Prior to joining Walden, Wick was a licensed mental health clinician at MHM Services, Inc., MCI-Framingham State Prison.

She received her master of arts in counseling psychology from Boston College and bachelor’s degree from Miami University.

Since opening in 2012, Walden’s Braintree clinic has served hundreds of individuals and families affected by eating disorders, providing the skills to progress towards long-term recovery.
